The Amtech brand and product range is targeted at entry- to mid-level shoppers who are primarily driven by three main purchase drivers: quality, value and range. They need to know they can buy our products in the safe knowledge that if anything goes wrong, we will be there for them.
That’s where our guarantee comes in. It offers consumers the peace of mind to know that they can buy our products with confidence.
Why we are proud of our guarantee
At DK Tools we are extremely proud of the quality of our products and offer a three-year guarantee on all hand tools and a two-year warranty on power tools. This demonstrates how confident we are that our extensive product range is fit for purpose and won’t let people down.
Repair or replace
If a product becomes defective due to faulty materials or lack of conformity within 24 months from the date of purchase, we guarantee to replace any defective parts or repair products that have been subjected to fair wear and tear. By doing this we aim to minimise the inconvenience to our end users as much as possible.
How to claim
We have a dedicated product warranty page on our consumer website where we support all end-user queries. This includes specific questions about products, ranges or project-related tasks. Consumers can also use this platform to make any legitimate product warranty claim. We always strive to continually improve and optimise the brand experience to add long term value.
Your rights protected
Please note that our product guarantee is offered in addition to, and in no way prejudices, your statutory rights.
