Customer Experience Survey

MicrosoftTeams-image (82).png Customer Experience (CX) is just as important in a business-to-business (B2B) environment as it is in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment. So, we are absolutely delighted that in a recent survey, 94% of all respondents were more than satisfied with the DK Tools CX. 

A retailer that opened a trade account with us recently made the following comment during the survey:  “As a new customer, I felt everything went smoothly end-to-end, from applying for an account, through to delivery”. 


We spoke to DK Tools Director, Ishan Kalra, about the significance of this company survey, as well as the key insights that have been obtained and he added: “As a family business, we pride ourselves on fostering strong and productive working relationships with our business partners. Prioritising CX across all departments is a core business objective and being responsive to customer feedback essentially gives us a competitive advantage in a crowded marketplace”.
